7 Reasons People Give Up Their Goals

The goal is an A desired result a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Many people attempt to Reach Goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.
1> When ownership is missing:- Goals are someone else placed under your control, but they weren’t your goals. Not if you had a choice at least. Think about it, how many of your goals feel more like responsibilities? This shifts the ownership and initiative to an internal point of reference. Then, success can come to you.

2>If you don't believe in yourself:- you can always believe in yourself. Don’t see people around you to do the heavy lifting, to cheer them on, to give them the money they need, to give them some sense of “guarantee”. Dreams don't work that way. firstly you have to believe in yourself first--so that others can follow
3> hard work:-The path to our potential is never an easy one. The goals I am most proud of were the most challenging and difficult. Along with the factor of time, the Optimism bias applies equally to difficulty. always recognize that what we don’t already excel in will require hard work and practice.

4>They Find it Too Difficult:-  it’s supposed to be difficult. Suppose If it was not too Difficult then every person would be doing it, and as a result, you wouldn’t be that bothered about it in the first place. Nobody becomes successful without having any hurdles to overcome or any barriers to climb. So if you’re finding it too difficult, continue to challenge and push yourself in order to grow and learn.

5>Distracted by Other Aspects of your Life:- A dream or end goal requires a lot of Attention, consistently. People may not have any other pressing life issues or problems when they first begin working towards their dreams, but that doesn’t mean that other problems won’t arise in their life during the process.

6>Not any proper Discipline to Work Hard:- Discipline is very essential in achieving anyone ‘s goals. some people just don’t have the discipline that’s needed in order to get there. Therefore from their lack of discipline, it’s pretty easy for them to be deterred from wanting to work towards their dreams anymore. This is probably the biggest reason as to why most people give up.
7>People Easily dispirited:- Some people give up because they are easily dispirited. They may hit a couple of bumps in the road and just decide to immediately quit. Some may be dispirited by people. There are so many people out there that are negative and they will tell you to just give up and do what everybody else is doing. Just go to that nine to five job, put in your day and go home and relax for the evening. After all, most people think that is just the normal thing to do.
